70th Anniversary of Battle at Meleme

More Items in The Bazaar
We've added more to the The Bazaar this year. As well as the usual pendent's and ties, we've included a very well made black tee-shirt, with the silver/white 'J' Herc over to the left in the conventional manner; and the Squadron's unique cummerbund. This cummerbund is reversible and has been hand made especially for the Squadron. Although the Squadron members wear the cummerbund with their Mess Dress, you'll have no doubt noticed Association members wearing the cummerbund - rather fetchingly, if I may say so - with their Black Tie Dress.
The 2011 reunion is looming fast so now's your chance. If you'd like to see both sides of the cummerbund just click on 'The Bazaar' button on the right.

The Association's New Shop - 'The Bazaar'
Just to let you all know, we are now selling some Sqn items on the website. At the moment the number of items are limited but it is hoped we'll increase this number soon.
The reason we've started with the silver palm tree necklace and Sqn ties is that they were most often asked for. We had hoped to include the original 1936 pattern tie but because of the price asked and the minimum required for the first order it was felt that they were not viable - yet.
So, please visit 'The Shop' (button on the side bar) when you get a moment. Any profits we make on this venture will go back into the Association to help fund other projects.
