Application for Membership of 30 Sqn Association

Having served on 30 Squadron, Royal Air Force, I would like to join 30 Squadron RAF Association.

I enclose my cheque for £10 (Payable to "30 Squadron RAF Association"), being one years subscription. The Association's subscription year runs from 1 April each year. You may wish to pay future years by standing order, in which case please fill in a standing order form and return it to me with this form.

Would new members please indicate the dates of their Service with the Squadron and in what capacity.

It is a great help to the Association if Members pay their annual subscription by standing order.

If you wish to pay by standing order please could you:

1. Fill in your name, address and the blank parts of the mandate form below.
2. Sign and date the form and,
3. Return it by post addressed to The Membership Secretary, 'Nairana', Stoppers Hill, Brinkworth, Chippenham, Wilts., SN15 5AW.

The reason for returning to the Membership Secretary is to keep a record of those members paying by standing order. The Members Secretary will forward the mandate to your bank for action, a stamped addressed envelope would be appreciated.
