2013 Reunion - a resounding success!

For those that went to the reunion at Brize Norton on 20 April 13 I think they will all agree with me that this was a resounding success. Not only was it a very well hosted event by the Sqn, but also it gave us the chance to see - and climb all over - the Airbus 330 tanker (Voyager). Photographs will be posted on the Gallery page as soon as I have them - keep watching!


Details of the 2013 Reunion

The Squadron continues its work from its new building at RAF Brize Norton and operations continue at a pace.  We have been invited to hold the next Reunion at Brize on 20th April 2013.  All Association Members and those who have served on the Squadron, but who are not yet members of the Association are welcome. Visit to the Blenheim Society

On Sunday 28 Sep 11 a number of Association members got together to visit the Imperial War Museum at Duxford to be shown around the resoration project of a Mk1 Blenheim by the Blenheim Society.

Tony Lowe gave up quite a few of his very valuable hours showing us around and telling us about the history of the fantastic Blenheim Mk1 restoration project. Incidentally, the Mk1 is the same version 30 Sqn used to fly during WW2.


Last Parade at Lyneham

Our Chairman was lucky enough to be present at the 'Marching off the Colours' at RAF Lyneham on 31 May 2011. If you'd like to read his report please go to the '30 Squadron' button on the right.
